Actually, a Blue Island Library card can be obtained quickly and easily if you come to the library prepared to answer a few simple questions, provide proof of your identity and residency, and complete the short application form. Spanish: Una de las preguntas mas frequentes que recibimos en la Biblioteca Publica de Blue Island es "Que debo hacer para recibir una tarjeta de la biblioteck?" Algunos lectores creen que el tramite es largo y complicado. En realidad, una tarjeta de la Biblioteca de Blue Island pue obtenerse rapidamente y sin gran esfuerzo si Vd. vien a la biblioteca preparado(a) a responder unas pocas y simples preguntas, produce prueba de su identidad y domicilio y completa la breve aplicacion.
When, Where and What do I need to Bring?
English: Any time the library is open: Monday through Thursday, 9:00-9:00 and Friday and Saturday, 9:00-5:00. Go to the Circulation Desk located near the main entrance. Ask one of the helpful and cheerful clerks for assistance. Bring with you proof of identity and residency. One must be a current picture ID, the other can be your city water bill.

visite la biblioteca durante las horas regulares: Lunes de Jueves, 9:00 a.m.a 9:00 p.m o Viernes y Sabados 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. Vaya al escritorio dedicado a Circulacion, ubicado cerca de la entrada principal y pregunte a uno(a) de los empleados encargados de la circulacion cual es el procedimiento. El empleado(a) solicitara 2 pruebas que demuestran su identidad y el hecho de que Vd. reside en Blue Island. Estas pruebas deben ser validas en la fecha de su aplicacion para la tarjeta.
